King’s Camps and Fitness offers programs and classes in our elite training facility—a 4,300 square foot open arena dedicated to obstacle training, adult fitness classes, and youth programs.
We focus on functional fitness to get you stronger, faster, and leaner through the use of treadmills, rowers, TRX, cardio barbells, medicine balls, dumbbells, jump ropes, plyo boxes and platforms, band assisted pull up bars, soft mats, resistance bands, squat racks, sandbells, gymnastics rings, and sleds. If it isn’t functional and effective, you won’t find it in our gym!
We are one of the few true obstacle course race (OCR) training gyms in the Bay Area. We employ a 24 foot multi-platinum Rig that’s perfect for Tough Mudder, Spartan, Battlefrog, and Gladiator training. Our traverse wall is set up with classic rock climbing holds, as well as Spartan and Tip of the Spear holds. Additionally, we have 4 ft and 8 ft climbing walls; tires for flips, drags and pulls; ropes for climbing; spears for throwing; monkey bars; inverse and slippery walls; and slack lines for the balancing enthusiast.
Our coaches are knowledgeable and trained in all of our equipment so that whether you’re training for a race, just getting started on your fitness journey, or are just looking for a fun way to get fit, you’ll be motivated and supported.
