Kevin Franquist

Kevin has a long history in competitive racing, from running in some of the pioneering mud runs such as the early Tough Mudders, Warrior Dash, Swampfoot, as well as snatching multiple top finishes at the Detroit Turkey Trot. But as some athletes do, his strong start started to fade after a couple of years. Thankfully, he found King’s Camps and Fitness in 2017 and his stride started to pick up again. With King’s camps, Kevin remembered how much he loved racing and has splashed again onto the OCR scene. He’s taken on multiple Spartan Races, Rugged Maniac, Ragnar Trail, and Terrain Race. In 2018, he reached the podium with a 3rd place finish at the North American OCR Championships and a 3rd place finish at the Silicon Valley 10k Turkey Trot. In his spare time you can find Kevin running trails around the bay area, training at the King’s Camps and Fitness OCR Open Gym, and building the latest kick-ass obstacles at Kings Camps with Coach Mike.
